Dr. Meena Bhatti brings a wealth of dental and medical experience. She earned her dental degree from University of British Columbia, Canada and then practiced general dentistry in Northern British Columbia for 5 years. After further developing her knowledge of dentistry and her passion for surgery, she pursued and completed the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at the University of Maryland and Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. During her residency she gained an extensive experience and training in full scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery comprising of Anesthesia, Dentoalveolar and Implant Surgery, Orthognathic Surgery, Cranio-Maxillofacial Trauma, Temporomandibular Joint Disorder, Reconstructive Surgery and Cleft Lip and Palate.

Meena is a dual certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon; Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentistry of Canada (FRCDC). She is also a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Colorado Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists, and Canada Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. She maintains her training in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Meena is a strong believer in a team approach to patients and understands she is one part of the equation in the patient’s comprehensive dental care. Whether it was working as a gardener in at her parents plant nursery, providing dental care in a rural community, or treating patients in one of the largest trauma centers in North America, Meena has strived for collaboration because providing exceptional service and experience is not only essential, but also requires a formidable partnership.
